from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Teen Life
Lines shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for
any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection
with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services
available on or through any such site or resource.
- Recommendations- Teen Life Lines provides recommendations to schools or programs
based upoun the criteria you have submitted. Teen Life Lines has no control over
any of the schools and programs which are independantly owned and operated. We
reserve the right to not send a recommendation, nor do we warranty or garuntee
any recommendation.
- Our Service is not clinical or theraputic- we do not offer therapy directly or
clinical counseling or help.
What This Privacy Policy Covers
- This policy covers how Teen Life Lines treats personal information that it collects
and receives, including information related to your past use of Teen Life Lines
services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable
like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise
publicly available.
- This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Teen Life Lines
does not own or control, or to people that Teen Life Lines does not employ or

Information Collection and Use
- Teen Life Lines collects personal information when you submit to the Teen Life
Lines, when you use the Teen Life Lines services, and when you visit Teen Life
Lines pages. Teen Life Lines may combine information about you that we have with

- When you submit we ask for information such as your name, email address, gender,
zip code, and phone number. To receive more information about us we may ask for
detailed information about the troubled teen. Once you submit to Teen Life Lines,
you are not anonymous to us.
- Teen Life Lines collects information about your teen and with some of our business
partners, including information about your use of financial programs and services
that we offer.
- Teen Life Lines automatically receives and records information on our server
logs from your browser, including your IP address, Teen Life Lines cookie information, and the page you request.
- Teen Life Lines uses information for the following general purposes: to customize
the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for programs and services,
improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting
for employees.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
- Teen Life Lines does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you
